     The processing quality of HEKA-incubators fulfils consis-
     tently the highest requirements. HEKA-incubators show
     technical as well as optical perfection.

     between different elements or wrongly mounted controls,

     rests on the side mouldings and how they are flush with

All incubators from HEKA are designed so that a forced
air circulation system with an optimum dispersion of the
air is created - the complete air is exchanged
consistently in HEKA-incubators. We achieve this with a
double-walled cabin as well as with premium-quality,
powerful fans (adjusted in size for each model), which
press the air from the technical compartment down and
which then let the air flow through the side canal upwards
again. This results in a completely even temperature
throughout the incubator. There is no need for reallocating
the eggs because of different temperatures inside the
incubator with high-quality HEKA-incubators.

     Incubators "made in Germany" with plastics processing
     and technical installation to the highest German stan-
     dards. Where you can find a mess of cables in other
     producers' incubators, everything is orderly and tidy in
     HEKA-incubators. The sensitive electronic-system of
     regulation is separate from the rest of the incubator.
     Adequate cable glands ensure that the humidity, which
     is created inside the incubator, does not touch the
     electronic-system of regulation. Thus, a long lifetime of

Simple adjustment of humidity


Humidity is generated in series "Turbo" with a tri-
partite water-basin, which is placed at the bottom of
the incubator. These water-basins are available in
different sizes, so that e.g. for brooding hen-eggs,
you reach quite the right values of humidity, if you
fill one compartment of the water-basin in the first 18
days - and then in the last 3 days of hatching 2-3
compartments. For fine-adjustment there is an air-
vent in the cover of the incubator, whereby you can
regulate the exchange of air quantity and thus the
supply of oxygen. On the door of the incubator, there
is a hygrometer as a device for checking the
inner humidity - and of course, there is a table for the
required humidity for different kinds of poultry in the
manual, which is added to every incubator.
