Extended Warranty

Upon request, we offer up to 10 years of HEKA warranty on all HEKA incubators and rearing boxes.

A major household appliance manufacturer from our area offers this for their devices, and since we know that the quality of our incubators and rearing boxes is on par with their washing machines and the like, we now provide our customers with the same service under the same conditions. It's not mandatory and may even be unnecessary spending, considering that it is not uncommon for HEKA incubators to come in for repairs only after 25-30 years. However, for those who desire absolute reliability and predictability regarding the (minimum) lifespan of their device, this is now an option.

5-year warranty from the date of purchase: €149.00
