Order your incubator and come visit us! Our factory outlet/store is open continuously during the opening hours listed below. All accessories are generally available directly. However, we strongly recommend calling ahead and inquiring about the availability of incubators and rearing boxes. Keep in mind that both are "seasonal items." During the peak season, there may not be a single incubator available in the store, and delivery times may be 6-8 weeks. Although we plan (and manufacture during the off-season) to ensure that the delivery time remains at a maximum of 1-2 weeks even during the peak season, achieving this 100% of the time is not always possible due to varying demand for each device every year.
