Pest Control

Our natural products are based on plant-derived ingredients and are non-toxic to humans and animals. Our mole repellents, for example, are based on a special scent technology that interferes with the moles’ sense of smell and helps keep them away from your garden. Our dog and cat repellents also contain special fragrances that naturally deter the animals without harming them.

Unfortunately, there are currently no mouse or rat poisons that may be sold to the general public. If this changes again in the future, we will add new products to our range again. Unfortunately, this situation applies throughout the entire EU, so these products are no longer available in neighbouring countries either.

In Germany, for example, the situation is currently as follows: you may only purchase mouse or rat poison if you hold a certificate of competence for biocides (in accordance with § 13 ChemBiozidDV). This would in fact also be our recommendation. To obtain it, you “only” need to take an examination at the competent authority in your federal state. You can learn the questions that may come up in the examination in advance using the “Büffeln” app. The costs are not high (approx. €10 for the app and approx. €70 for the examination). With this certificate of competence, you can then purchase mouse/rat poisons such as those used by professional pest controllers. However, the certificate of competence must be renewed every few years.

Use biocidal products with caution. Always read the label and product information before use.
