In particular, the fight against the red mite is a constant nuisance for poultry keepers. First and foremost, the coop should be built in such a way that mites and other pests cannot find shelter in cracks, crevices, or double walls. There is also special feed that keeps mites away from the chickens. Nevertheless, this is not full protection, and it can happen that mites are brought in from outside (new/foreign chickens; rats/mice). We offer you chemical pest control products as well as pest control products made from naturally occurring active ingredients. Experience has shown that the effectiveness of these products is very good, so it is often possible to do without the heavy use of chemicals. However, the chemical products are cheaper and even more effective.
