General Information:

The egg washing machine consists of two components. The first component contains a galvanized bucket with a rotating motor at the bottom.

On the side of the bucket, there is a switch:

• Left position: heating element only

• Right position: heating element and motor

When the control lamp is lit, the heater is on. Once the preset temperature (43°C) is reached, the heater and the control lamp automatically switch off.

The second component consists of a plastic-coated bucket for approximately 100 eggs.

Operation:

1. Connect the device to a power outlet.

2. Fill the bucket with water up to 10 cm below the rim. Make sure the water is cold—warm water will damage the thermostat. Switch on the heating element (press the switch to the left). Once the set temperature is reached, the control lamp will switch off.

3. Add America Egg Washing Powder according to the instructions.

4. Fill the plastic-coated basket with eggs (max. 100). Place the more heavily soiled eggs toward the outside, as the rotation is stronger there.

5. Switch on the motor (press the switch to the right).

6. A washing cycle should last between 5 and 10 minutes, depending on the dirt level of the eggs. For very dirty eggs, the cycle may last 15–20 minutes. If some eggs remain dirty after a 20-minute cycle, remove them from the machine.

7. Lift the bucket up and down a few times before ending the washing cycle.

8. Place the bucket in a well-ventilated, heated room to dry.

Important: Change the wash water after three to four wash cycles.

After completing the washing process, clean the bucket with clear water. Any remaining residue will affect future washing results.
