The HEKA-Show-Hatcher "Euro-Lux" is the perfect hatcher to present the hatching of chicks on poultry-shows, in zoos, in museums or in the kindergarten or school. You have a perfect view onto the hatching from all four sides due to big (insulated) glass-doors. Because also our show-hatcher is built with double-walled-cabin (like all our HEKA-incubators), you have exactly the same perfect conditions like in any other HEKA-incubator.

Accessories

The incubator is completely equipped with all the accessories, which are needed. Included is the interior lighting of the incubator, a hatching-basket, a water canister and a detailed manual.
Further, reasonable accessories, which are not included, could be a candling lamp for checking eggs on fecundity; more trays/hatching-trays (if needed) and the right disinfectant for cleaning/disinfecting the incubator after hatching (we recommend: Amo-Des).

Operating Manual
Series "HEKA Euro-Lux"

1. Glazed all around - still double-walled

Perfect view onto the hatch from all sides. At the back a big double-glass is mounted. On the left and right side there's a glass-partition-wall (=double-walled). The double-glassed-doors are meant/necessary to
easily clean this glass-partition-wall. The cabin is the same like in an incubator with 3 trays (Euro-Lux II). Thus you have a perfect view onto the hatch from all sides. And most important: the composition of this show-hatcher is exactly the same like in our normal incubators: left and right also this show-hatcher has an air-duct (double-walled); so that the circulation of air is directed - the air is exchanged completely. Thus we achieve also with our show-hatcher the same perfect conditions for incubating/hatching. You can put the eggs into the show-hatcher for the whole hatching-stage (last 3 days) and don't have to wait until the chicks already have picked (like with other show-hatchers from other brands), until you put the eggs into the show-hatcher. You really have the same perfect conditions like in any other HEKA-incubator.

2. Optional: Full-automatic Egg-Turning (upon request)

The show-hatcher can also be supplied with full-automatic egg-turning. However, the back wall will then be without a window, because
the turning mechanism has to be mounted there. A turning insert is then included, which you place on the bottom of the device instead of the hatching grid. If this is ordered with/for one turning-tray, then the
turning is installed so that it is below the turning insert or the
hatching insert. Nothing then obstructs the view of the hatching.
However, if a turning insert with/for 2 or 3 trays is desired, this is
not possible. Then the turning rod would be unattractively centered in
the device during hatching.

3. Full-automatic Humidification

All HEKA-incubators with automatic humidification are equipped with an absolutely fully-automatic humidification. Regularly we include a water-canister, which is the water reservoirs for the humidification. It's also possible to connect the incubator directly to your water line. Gladly we then adjust your machine for this higher water pressure - a short message is enough. A float valve regulates the water supply out of the canister or out of the water line. Everytime while heating (continuously at heating up; in short impulses, if set-temperature is reached), a water-heating gets acticated, which heats the water and evaporates it. A failure-free and reliable technique for best success in brooding.

4. HEKA-Microprocessor-Control

The centrepiece of this incubator is the microprocessor control developed by HEKA. Regarding precise control mode as well as reliability (failure rate under 0,1% in the first 5 years) this controls probably stands head and shoulder above all other producers' controls. Temperature, humidity and cooling-down can be programmed with 4 buttons without the slightest effort.

5. Insulated Glazing

All incubators of the series "HEKA-Euro-Lux" are equipped with double glazing. The insulation value is much better in comparison to single glazing, whereby the power-consumption decreases. Further, insulated glazing begins to steam up just up from ~80% humidity - beyond those values, which are needed normally.
