1. Full-automatic Humidification

All HEKA-incubators with automatic humidification are equipped with an absolutely fully-automatic humidification. Regularly we include a water-canister, which is the water reservoirs for the humidification. It's also possible to connect the incubator directly to your water line. Gladly we then adjust your machine for this higher water pressure - a short message is enough. A float valve regulates the water supply out of the canister or out of the water line. Everytime while heating (continuously at heating up; in short impulses, if set-temperature is reached), a water-heating gets acticated, which heats the water and evaporates it. A failure-free and reliable technique for best success in brooding.

2a) Eco-Version

Simple version without the advantages of our Pro-Touch-Control described below. But the special-ventilator with nearly 0 specific-heat is also installed in this Eco-Version - and the trays are also made of plastic. The control also has a double-thermostat, but no cooling-down-timer. Furthermore, this Eco-Control needs ca. 30 minutes after starting to keep temperature precisely - but without effecting success in incubating. Humidity fluctuates permanently ca. 1% around the set-value. Also here: without any negative effect to incubating.

2b) Pro-Touch-Version with Incubation Program and Additional Fan

• Further development of the HEKA microprocessor control “Classic”
  - development and production as before in Germany
  - same absolutely moisture-protected housing
  - same reliable and precise sensors
  - operation remains as simple as possible
• High-resolution 7" touch display (glass) showing all parameters (set values, actual values, alarm settings) and activities
• Special fan with almost zero self-heating
• Additional fan with 3 functions:
  - enhancement of the cooling phase
  - protection against over-temperature
  - protection against excessive humidity
• Alarm for high/low temperature and humidity
  - incl. alarm history and display of possible causes
• Option to run a fully automatic incubation program
  - many preset programs (modifiable and expandable)
  - with display of the incubation/hatching day and current progress
  - manual incubation without a program is still possible
• Selectable languages: German, English, French, Spanish, Italian
• Standby mode for the display (adjustable, can be deactivated)
• Light turns off automatically (adjustable, can be deactivated)
• Water canister with Gardena flex hose and Gardena connector

3. Insulated Glazing

All incubators of the series "HEKA-Favorit" are equipped with double glazing. The insulation value is much better in comparison to single glazing, whereby the power-consumption decreases. Further, insulated glazing begins to steam up just up from ~80% humidity - beyond those values, which are needed normally.
