Queen-Bee-Incubator "Queeny" for 196 Nicot-Hatching-Cages
--- Version "Turbo" with manual humidification ---

The perfect solution for bee-keepers: you just put the Nicot-hatching-cages CNE5 + CNE2 (with which the most bee-keepers work) onto our special-incubating-tray. You don't need anymore the brown sockets and need to find a solution to mount them, but you have our stable special-incubating-trays(s), which you then just put (with plugged Nicot-hatching-cages) into the incubator.

Alternatively we also produce/offer the HEKA-queen-bee-incubator with fully-automatic humidification - but in this incubator the humidification is manually:
On the bottom of the incubator you have 2 three-partite-water-bowls. The more partitions of the water-bowls you fill with water, the more humidity is generated - i.e.: humidity rises. For fine-regulation you have 2 stainless-steel-air-vents at the front ot the incubator: the more you close these air-vents, the more the humidity stays in the incubator - i.e.: humidity rises. For reading the humidity an hygrometer is installed at the door. Important: thus you get 2-3 queen-bee-hatching-cages less into the incubator. Every 2-3 days you must fill the water-bowls with water.

Information:
a) The Nicot-hatching-cages are not included.
b) Please measure the diameter of the hole in the lid of your Nicot-cages and mention this during the order at "news to the seller". The diameter of the hole in the lid can be 13,7mm (=Original-Nicot) or 11,7mm (=Copy). For both versions we have the right trays.
c) You can buy the trays separately (100€). These fit into all HEKA-incubators made of plastic with type-numbers "84", "126", "168", "90/S" und "135/S".
d) If you are poultry-breeder, then it's also possible to incubate poultry-eggs in this queen-bee-incubator. You just need the right trays ("KS2/x": category "Incubators" --> "Additional Trays" --> "Plastic-Trays, size 2"). Also it would be possible to install a fully-automatic egg-turning (+130€).

Series "HEKA Turbo - Top-Version"

1. Processor controlled Temperature Regulation

To match the high-class cabin we install the probably most reliable controls on the market (besides our HEKA-microprocessor controls). With an absolutely precise temperature regulation, this control has a failure rate of under 0,1% in the first 5 years - a value, which confirms the incomparable high quality of HEKA-incubators.

2. Insulated Glazing

All incubators of the series "HEKA-Turbo" are equipped with double glazing. The insulation value is much better in comparison to single glazing, whereby the power-consumption decreases. Further, insulated glazing begins to steam up just up from ~80% humidity - beyond those values, which are needed normally.

3.1 Top-Version

The Top-Version contents a lot of small advantages, which might make the difference in decisive moments. The computer-control of the Top-Version regulates the temperature with highest precision and goes straight to incubating-temperature, when you start the incubator (or after having opened the door for re-filling water, candling etc.). Further, the control has a storage-mode: by pressing the set-button the heating is completely deactivated. You can use all other features, so that you can collect/store incubating-eggs in the best possible way: you generate high humidity with the water-bowls, the eggs are turned by the fully-automatic turning - and thanks to the special-ventilator the temperature inside the incubator stays at circa room-temperature. This special-ventilator moreover brings an decisive advantage, if you (must) incubate at/in higher room-temperatures. Normal ventilators become warm (specific heat) - together with the specific heat of the eggs it can happen (depending on the positioning of the air-vents) up from room-temperature of ~25°C, that the temperature inside the incubator rises - without any heating of the incubator. With these special-ventilators this happens only above 30°C room-temperature and thus is nearly impossible. Further, in this version the trays are made of plastic - longlasting for decades like the whole incubator.
